"I don't know about that, but the best pets we have on Outset Island are seagulls. And seagulls are not very good pets."

"Angie and Joey are our cousins, not pets."

"I was talking about animal versions. Wolves not werewolves."

"Sorry. I was just kind of missing them."

"Yeah, I understand. I'm already kind of missing the kids back on Outset."

"The thing that hurts is that we wouldn't get along if we met again."

"Why?"

"We're different now."

"People change when they grow up. I don't think they won't like you anymore, necessarily."

"It's more than growing up."

"Hm. Hey I should practice fighting you some more. Seems like I'm gonna need it, yeah?"

She eagerly agrees.

Fighting practice until late afternoon, when Tetra recommends all three of them rest so they can be active at night.

Sleeping during the day, how normal.

Tetra's plan to get them in apparently involves a catapult and then the trio floating down on their Deku Leaves, Gren borrowing the one meant for use as a sail.

Gren is very dubious of this plan.

The twins sometimes forget how fragile all humans are, and don't see the problem.

"Here, look at that rampart... By the watchtower. You see that thing sticking out? It's called a cannon. It shoots bombs at you. The safest way in is from above, I swear."

"...Fine. Let's get this over with. But let me practice with the leaf from the tall thing first."

"The mast?" Tetra sarcastically clarifies.

"I'll make sure to catch you if you fall!"

"Thanks."

She tries it. The leaf is surprisingly easy to use - magically so - it almost guides itself. She climbs up again and practices gliding a half dozen times anyway.

"Okay, I'm ready."

The twins on the other hand, have had plenty of practise.

Tetra loads them all into a big barrel, which goes on the catapult. "Don't worry, we totally redid all the calculations after what happened last time. It'll be fun!"

...Gren tries to get out, but it's too late, there's a loud sound, a sudden acceleration, and they're flying!

The twins giggle like fiends.

Gren seems caught between screaming and cackling.

Their arc reaches its peak and they start heading down, high above the fortress. Tetra's calculations were pretty good, apparently, they're on target to land on a high balcony.

The twins help cushion the landing.
