Technically some of this was released on June 19th and I failed to make a news post about it. Whomp whomp. Two for one news post it is!

Features and Fixes

• There is now an edit alias flow BUT IT IS CURRENTLY BUGGED. Pressing save will not update the existing alias, it will create a new one. Use at your own peril.
• The badge for unread notifications in the menu bar should now properly filter ignored posts.
• The word "time" is now properly pluralized when counting number of time(s) a character has appeared on the post metadata page.
• Added rate limiting to requests to reduce impact of bots and other scrapers. All throttling is temporary unless manual action is taken by the devs. IPs can be added to the safelist upon request.

Development Work

• Disabled a server keepalive setting at Heroku's recommendation that should improve response time.
• Upgraded several dependencies.
• Forbade yet another troublesome bot from scraping the site.
• Tweaked Docker settings to play nicely with SELinux security module.
• Various improvements to our test suite.
• Changed error level for certain code review failures.
• Disabled deprecated Code Climate plugin to unblock development until we implement the new version.
