Occlus nods and puts the ring on, then flicks the wall with the Force.

This time, the reaction occurs as soon as Occlus starts using the Force, rather than when her burst connects with the wall; here she is now in a small waiting room and its wall is flicked instead.

A bored-looking young woman wearing a short cape and an elaborate hairdo is sitting behind a desk reading a magazine. After a second, she looks up. "Can I help you?"

"Just testing something," says the kobold, now significantly farther from Occlus, but approaching her. "Sorry to bother you."

Hand?

They do land in the same room. Good to know. The poison's action is delayed enough that darting Shan or the kobold as they walk out the door probably wouldn't count as violence in Milliways.

Hand.

And, back to the meeting room.

"Good enough?"

"I am satisfied."

The kobold nods, "I'll see you in the morning, then," and offers her hand.

Hand.

Occlus appears near the portal in the speeder bay, and the kobold swings through Milliways again before returning to Tython. She appears just outside the door to Satele's room.

Satele looks up. "Hello."

"Hi." She walks around the desk to hug Satele. "They want to meet tomorrow morning at 0900 their time - about fifteen and a half or sixteen hours from now, I think. I'm pretty sure they're up to something; I still think my spells and things will be good enough, but if you want to back out I can pass that along." This is pretty clearly not all she has to say, but she pauses for a response anyway.

"That a Sith Lord is up to something is generally a safe assumption. I will be on my guard, but I do not think we should abort at this point."

Nod. "They wanted to look at the meeting place and test its spells, and I let them; I was careful not to give them any chances to try anything, and I'll go back and check it over tonight before bed. They wanted to be included in the Milliways infirmary trip, so we'll need to be extra careful with that - did I tell you about that? I've been getting checked for poison and things between meeting with them and coming back here, and you should too; if I go in the room with you and teleport you right back here when you're done, there's not much chance for them to do anything there. And..." she looks deeply uncomfortable, "I ended up mentioning the other Sith and I expect they scried them. They didn't seem upset but I'm not sure I'd be able to tell if they were. I'm sorry."

"It's not a disaster. She'll have a slightly stronger negotiating position, but even if the information spreads there's a limited amount the Sith can do about it." Satele pats the kobold reassuringly.

She relaxes somewhat, and nods. 

"...would you like an extra day or two? I can pause time here by undoing the syncronization, if someone from this world is there."

"I've been preparing since you brought up the possibility. I'm as ready as I will be."

"All right." Hug. "I want to go let Ana know I'm back; when should I come by to give you your defensive spells?"

"After dinner would be convenient."

"All right." She takes a step back and bows. "I'll see you then." And she disappears.

Is Ana... at the new field? in the cafeteria? in her room?

She's at the new field!

And so the kobold is as well.

"You're back! Hi!" Hug.

"Yup!" she grins. "Ready to go?"

"Yeah. Kira said she'd be in the library this afternoon."

And so they can go to the library. Isn't teleportation neat?

The neatest! Ana waves Kira over, and she joins them with a smile.
