It's perfectly understandable that they'd be interested because it's shiny; it is shiny. And it's important for more than just the Masters to know what's going on; that's so deeply ingrained into the kobold's understanding of how the world works that she doesn't even think about it. She's very patient with that phase of the proceedings.
Technical discussion is important too, though. The transition to that is subtle, but definitely happens: she starts giving longer, more complicated, answers, getting into potential strategic considerations, asking questions herself - half the time she has her hands in a portal, signing to Bar, so she can retrieve books that answer questions she can't herself. ("Be careful with those, and I need them back - they're no good to you outside my translation spell, anyway. ...translation tech? All right, but do make sure I get them back, they're borrowed.")
Milliways exists. She's been sort of quiet on that point because she's not really inclined to bring anyone there yet, but even without that, it affects her plans. She can bring them resources from there, like the books, and it's responsible for time being paused in her world; she'll eventually want to undo that, since it might be inconveniencing people in this world, in which case she'll be much less free to spend time here, but they can go to Milliways and take advantage of time pausing in both places.
Teaching them her magic can be done with intermittent attention on her part, so long as they understand that her directions are important to follow carefully, especially for the first phase of learning. They can expect it to take three to four months for most people to learn the basic skill to the point where they can cast safely; possibly longer, but it's very rare for it to take more than six months if someone is practicing regularly. Once they've reached that point, she'll start teaching them the teleportation, which she hasn't taught anyone yet, but expects it to take a few months for them to start being able to do useful things and a few years for them to start being able to do complicated things. That's for mages; spellbearers are a different thing, and while using a spell that's been cast on you sometimes takes practice to do well, being a spellbearer is much quicker to get the hang of, and generally safe unless you've gotten hexed.
...yeah, hexes are a thing. There's nothing stopping a mage from casting a spell on someone that uses really obnoxious or even torturously life-altering triggers or effects. That's a big part of the reason she's being really cautious about the idea of teaching anyone to cast. And if they're not comfortable with having someone who can do that in their midst, she can just go, that's fine, perfectly understandable decision on their part if that's what they want - do let her finish talking, first, though? She's planning on being busy elsewhere tomorrow anyway, they have time to debate it later.
The fact that she can cast spells that recognize specific uses of the force was covered with the basics; here's a more technical description of how that works, complete with sketches of what her magic-vision gives her. She didn't bring up that she wants to see if she can tell the difference between Jedi and Sith, then; she does now. She suspects she can do it; the hardest thing is presumably going to be finding a Sith she can safely observe. She hasn't had any good ideas for that yet. But if she can - and especially if she can recognize Sith by sight, without having to wait for them to take a particular action - that's obviously revolutionary. Traps that can be left in public places and only react to them? Yeah. So much better than having to kill them.
...yeah, she does actually want to do something about the Sith that doesn't involve death. They need to stop being allowed to hurt people; that doesn't automatically mean they need to stop being allowed to live. She can teleport people places. She can teleport people to other universes. This is probably a solvable problem.
