Ana stays behind.

Ana is snuggled. "I think," the kobold grins, "that Satele might be trying to convince me to stay. And they're being pretty convincing."

Kobold stay? Kobold stay! Kobold hug!

Ana hug!

"Hmm," says Raafi. "I know you're aware of how risky that is."

"I can go back if I need to," says the kobold, still hugging. "They won't be surprised if I show up some other time besides a meetup, they know how my teleportation works."

"Well. As long as you don't get in trouble with your tribe, I would be very happy if you stayed."

Hug. "They don't actually have any say in it - it'd be a bit rude of me to leave without giving them any warning, or even just a summer's worth of it, but they're not allowed to keep me if I want to go."

"I'm not sure I want it enough to be willing to leave them without a Speaker, though - there aren't enough of us to have even one to a tribe, and none of the others would be willing to move to replace me, I already know that."

Hugs.

"Whatever you decide, I'm happy."

Hugs. "I've got a while to think about it, anyway."

"Yep." Good thing hugs are conducive to thought.

That they are. Snuggles, too.

So they can snuggle until bedtime, when the rest of the Jedi come in to return their jetpacks and then go back to Tython as a group.

Such a nice evening.

The following day, the kobold decides to skip visiting Occlus and see how the lightsaberless Sith are doing instead. She stops by Satele's room after lunch, first.

Satele is in!

Satele is cuddled!

"I'm not visiting Occlus today. I think I might check on the Sith on the ocean planet, did you want any portals while I'm paying attention?"

"Hmm. I don't believe so."

"Okay. Anything else?"

"I don't believe so."

"Okay," hug. "I'll let you know if I find out anything interesting." Poof.

She starts with a portal to the main square of their town, where people first start out. Is anyone there? Have they made any obvious changes to the place?

It's still the same as the blueprints. There's only three people on the planet, so far.

And a portal to find one of them is the next thing on her list. Or two or three, if there's any together; she's going by population density.

They're all separate. One is sleeping, one is meditating, one is swimming.

She watches the swimming one for a while.

Back and forth, back and forth.

She double-checks her defensive spells and teleports to the shore, where she sits with her hands casually visible.

They're a little ways out, they don't notice the kobold immediately.
