"Our mum didn't know our dad for long."

She makes a hug-ish motion. Hug? "Me neither. Mom says he went away for something."

The twins both hug her.

"She wouldn't tell me anything else, but I think there was something else."

"I'm sure he'd like you."

"Yeah, you're probably right."

The rest of the jaunt passes in companiable silence.

When they pull up to the island, they find that Boko Babas have infested the place. "Boko babas! Hostile, sure, but you can get a bunch of good stuff from them."

"You're gone for five minutes..."

"More like a week, right? I can make something that works as Boko Baba Bait, if you need help fighting them..."

"We never need help...but thanks."

"Are you positive about that?" He feels bad claiming a piece of the spoils if he didn't help.

"Bait would be nice, yes."

So he mixes up a little bait. It doesn't take more than two minutes.

"Tooooo baaaatle!"

"I'll help. I need sword practice."

"Yes, fight with us, sister in war!"
