"This started because he was correcting the false sentiment, that none of us specified, actually, that polar bears are left handed. They're not."

Hana will stay focused on the important topic, though the trivia of how they got to this conversation is interesting.

"I don't think this hypothetical experiment would result in anything scientifically viable anyway, even if the dungeon polar bears accurately matched the regular ones?"

??????

"Don't worry about it, hyung."

Okay. Sure.

"Hana is right that this experiment will have zero scientific validity. But also polar bears can smell you up to twenty miles away, so if they wanted to fight you, you'd know."

His partner considers this.

"I don't think that would turn out well for the polar bear. Not if it wanted to fight any of us, anyway. I guess you'd leave the polar bear completely intact, presumably by just teleporting away."

"That depends, if I was somewhere inhabited I might teleport the bear away instead."

"True. But then the bear would still be fine, if somewhat confused about its new location, so my point still stands."

"Yeah. I mean I could hurt it if I wanted but it's a protected species so why would I want to?"

Hana nods, pleased. Yes. Do Not Fight Polar Bears. (They are vulnerable.)

Kim Hye-jin is not okay. It's really painful to watch. Tae-gun is extremely thankful for Woo-young, who manages to use some kind of social superpower to help her not be as high-strung as she was when they arrived, but Tae-gun really wishes he had a more... long-lasting solution. She said she was okay with them trying to figure it out together but she's still kind of... shutting him out, and he has no idea what to do about that.

...no, that's defeatist. He can work with that. That's not an S-rank boyfriend kind of attitude. Reframing:

This is a really complicated problem and he's going to need to strategise and plan and come up with some very good ideas in order to overcome it. He'll need help, to help her, but he's got friends, he's got people, and they can help him, too.

And eventually the newlyweds show up at their table. "Hey guys."

"Oh my God you guys no one told me I'd be so damn busy in my own wedding, we've been dragged all over everywhere all night."

"Really? I always got the impression they were very busy and exhausting, especially for the happy couple. Congratulations, by the way! You look lovely."

"Well yes okay I knew it but it's also my prerogative as the bride to complain anyway. And thank you!"

"Thank you. We're really happy you guys came."

"We couldn't have missed it, are you kidding me."

"Who picked the song?"

"My mother," he admits sheepishly.

"I know it's tradition but he took singing classes? In secret? I was just!"

"It was incredibly sweet," gushes Hye-jin, absolutely ignoring the horrible pang in her heart around this subject in favor of doing the social correctly. "Full marks, well done, I'd say I think you should marry him, but, well..."

"Why, yes, I agree, I should marry him," she says, doing the extending her arm out to show off her ring thing.

"Hey Woo-young, I know what I want for my birthday."
