Bugfixes

• Javascript authentication now refreshes properly without requiring you to log out once a month.
• Refactored some edit history queries to (hopefully) make them faster so they don't timeout and cause errors.

Development work

• Upgraded to Rack 2.2.4 which is not vulnerable to vulnerability CVE-2020-8184
• Upgraded to Sanitize 5.2.1 which is not vulnerable to vulnerability CVE-2020-4054
• Replaced hard coded enums with Rails helper code.
