Release 2019-12-19
Just a small release today with some hotfixes.

• Our audits table has finally successfully been migrated to use JSON. Many thanks to everyone for their patience while we fought the database.
• Fixed bug that prevented settings from being displayed in characters list view.
• Upgraded to Rack 2.0.8 which is not vulnerable to vulnerability CVE-2019-16782.
• Our database gem snuck in an upgrade despite not, in fact, being urgent.
