Features and fixes

• Added more post privacy icons to post lists – three stars = locked to logged-in users, single star = locked to "full" users.
• Forms with multiple buttons now only change the text of the button you clicked to submit: no more confusing "Deleting..." when you hit "Post" on a reply draft!
• Added a contrast for selected buttons on starry themes. Now you can see which editor mode you have selected when writing a post!

Development Work

• Bumped Ruby to 3.3.6
• Upgraded a bunch of dependencies
