Everyone files through.

Ana gets the housing papers from someone the Jedi sent to meet them there, and hands them off to the head of the family, saying the first three months are taken care of but they'll need to make rent after that and so forth.

And the kobold goes to find Evvin. Raafi's there, and makes a face at her, and she goes and sits and calms down for a few minutes, and then comes back. "I'll come talk to you before my next run; do you want a way to get in touch with me before that?"

"Uh. No, I think that would be okay."

"Okay. See you then."

She and Raafi go get Ana, and then they can all teleport back to the cave.

Back to the cave! Hugs!

Very hugs! Raafi arranges the pillows for a cuddlepile. "It seems that you two had a good time?" He sounds incredulous, but he's grinning almost as much as the other two.

"It was amazing! Kobold sneak and guard poof and-" Ana gives a detailed summary of the afternoon's events.

The kobold grins and hugs Ana while she talks. "So yes, it was a lot of fun."

And then it's dinnertime, and the kobold lets Bar recommend a spread for them - it's a mix of things they've gotten before, sampler platter items and a trio of dips and things to dip in them and a couple of little cantaloupes with stew inside and a plate of roast beef sandwiches.

Yummy!

Yummy celebratory dinner, with ice cream to finish it, yes. And then cuddles, and then bedtime.

The kobold is still looking pretty pleased with herself come breakfast the next morning.

Well, she has good reason to! They rescued like two hundred slaves! And no one died!

Breakfast and magic class proceed as usual; there's two more Sith in the reception area but she'll check in on them after lunch, and then it's time for lunch.

Lunch time! Ana wants to follow up on a couple things from class today.

They can talk shop while they eat, sure.

Good!

And then lunch is over and Ana is going to practice magic some more.

And the kobold looks in on the Sith in the reception area again. Anything interesting there?

Pretty typical in the range of behaviors seen so far.

And she's not really in the mood for banging her head against that particular wall today.

Off to see Occlus, then.

And there is Occlus, right where expected.

The kobold is still pretty pleased about yesterday's escapade, and it shows in her bearing, mostly as a kind of confidence.

"Hi," she approaches Occlus' desk. "How're you doing?"

"Almost as well as you, apparently."

She grins. "I did my first rescue run yesterday, yeah. Thank you for your help with that, it came in handy."

"Good."

Magic questions? Magic questions.

And answers, and then:

"One thing I haven't gone over with the Jedi yet, and I'm not sure whether you'll be interested in at all, is using the sense to look at minds and figure out what they're doing. Actual thoughts seem to be just impossible to make sense of without an outside way of knowing what someone's thinking about, but it's still possible to figure out a lot of other things; I can tell the difference between a droid that's just been wiped and one that's six months old, for example."
