Well, okay.

Lake, first. Raafi knew to expect this; is he distracted enough to skip it anyway?

He and Ana are splashing about in the lake.

She goes to get Satele and the others, then, and then it's back to Milliways.

Occlus has found a table.

The Jedi group goes over to her and takes seats.

"Darth Occlus."

"Jedi. Can I offer you a drink? Bar has quite the selection." A napkin confirms this.

"Not today, thank you."

"To business, then. You have come to observe me. Do so." She spreads her hands invitingly.

The Jedi focus.

And, smiling slightly, Occlus makes the necessary adjustments.

One of the Masters abruptly stands and walks out. Satele and the other remain seated.

Still smiling, Occlus asks "Satisfied?"

She switches back.

Satele and the other exchange a glance.

"I believe so, yes. Thank you."

"You're quite welcome."

The Jedi depart. Occlus stays to finish her drink.

The kobold gives Occlus a questioning look, as the Jedi go to leave - does she want her to stay?

"Your friend decided not to come?"

"Apparently; they were busy when I went to check. I can go get them, if you wanted to meet them again?"

She waves a hand. "Not necessary."

"All right. I should probably go see if I can find out what that was about, if you didn't have anything else to talk about."

"No. Go enjoy your Jedi politics."

And the kobold chuckles and disappears back to Tython.

She's been making a pretty strict habit of giving the Council their privacy, but this seems worth making an exception for, if Satele isn't in her room to be asked about it.

The three of them are not in fact in the Council chamber, but they are just outside of it.

"-I've gone along with this mad plan to negotiate, but after that display-"

"Was that display not precisely what we wished to see from her?"

Snort. "It is impossible that she could have done it so easily. It must have been some kind of trick."

...this is nnnot a conversation the kobold is going to butt in on. She'll kind of just be over here, available to talk to.

The argument continues in that vein for several minutes more, until Satele puts her foot down and says that this must be continued in a full session. The other two head off, Satele comes over to the kobold. Hug?
