"What would happen if you ate an ice-cream?"

<It would be eaten.>

"It would still be cool being all pretty and having wings and seeing the future and not getting sunburnt in hurty places." 

<You are not the type of person who would like it.>

"Is Levi like you?"

<No.>

"But what about the non seeing and hearing stuff? I don't like sunburn."

<He can see and hear.>

"But does he get sunburn and stuff?"

<No.>

"Then you're both still cooler."

<Perhaps you would enjoy being like my brother.>

"Yeah. Although I like angel wings best."

<They are merely decorative.>

"But they're pretty."

There is a mental impression that is almost like a shrug.

"Is there some way you could make me like you and Levi?"

<No. We were built this way.>

He looks disappointed for a sec, but perks up. "That's okay. Tell me if you think of something."

<I will.>

"Cause the only way you two could be cooler is if you were rainbow."

No response.

The three Levis' heads pop from out of the water. "I made friends!" he announces. 

A few dozen strange-looking grey children surface, chattering excitedly.

"What's that Maurice?" calls out Mary.
