Mysterious gate mishap led to discovery of alternate universe with different magic. I have brought people from it home

Lucy says that'd be a really weird lie if it was one because it would be obvious sooner or later that it was false if it was, and you're not the type to pull random pranks on people, so let's assume for now that that's true.

That one takes a little longer but then there is a picture of a small, dusty-plum-colored suburban house as seen from the back, the yard fenced in with tall, thick hedges. 

And then there is a portal to that location. 

"--Oh wow," she breathes, stepping through the portal. 

(There is a large bandage covering most of her right forearm but she isn't visibly favoring it.)

"Uh Bella have you explained doppelgangers to her yet." 

"No, I haven't seen another Lucy so it didn't seem top five important. Why, have you seen a Lucy?"

"Congratulations, you have a doppelganger who is a minor goddess. And/or Avatar thereof."
