"Yes. I would."

"Good."

"What would you have of me?"

"Your obedience, your diligence in learning, to not return or report to Plagueis, and to act as my knife only as I command you."

He shifts himself into a kneeling posture, and so swears.

"And I, Darth Sidious, swear to guide you well as my student, to hone you and keep you from unnecessary harm so long as you are my student."

"Rise, Darth Maul, and take your place among the Sith."

"As you command, my master."

She smiles and opens his cell with the Force. "Come, apprentice."

He stands and follows her out.

"You'll need to be introduced to my other servants," she says, "Though what I did to you wasn't a true rest, so I expect you to sleep, first."

"Yes, master."

"You will sleep in my room for now."

"Oh." He's suprised, but not unhappy.

Good.

"I'll evaluate where you are in training tomorrow as well."

"What kind of training?"

"Whatever Plagueis has taught you, for the evaluation, or whatever you've figured out on your own."

So he's got to confirm he's worth keeping. Okay.

"I'll train you no matter the outcome," she says, firmly. "Plagueis has wasted your potential - and I need to see how much."

Nod.

"But let's rest now, though."

He is kinda tired...

To bed.

She gets him settled with a cot, and goes to check on Elesse and her daughter. 

Both asleep.

She watches them for a little bit, something in her chest relaxing.

She goes to fill some bottles for Anakin, then, and puts them in the nursery's fridge with a note for Elesse for when Anakin wakes up hungry. 

And then she steps out, closes her eyes - and reaches out - 

'Danni?'

(...She hadn't meant to call her apprentice that. But she... Struggles to think of herself through her Sith guise right now.)
