"I - don't know what proof I can offer that you would accept."

"Um... Maybe let's just leave that alone for a bit?"

Slow nod.

"So should I get my room set up or are we jumping right into things?"

"Get your room set up."

"Yes mama." She goes to do that.

She waits in the main room. Does another sweep for bugs. Paces.

Dalia... doesn't have much stuff, so it doesn't take her long to come back out.

"Settled?" she asks.

"Yep."

She sits on one of the couches and gestures to the one across from her. "Sit."

She does.

And she guides Dalia into a meditation session. Quietly.

(She seems wrung out, to her daughter's eyes. Worn down and exhausted, the thin edge of emotion she's gained over the few weeks since Dalia's birthday wearing thin.)

Dalia has a bit of trouble dropping all the way in to the focus state.

She - can guide Dalia, if needed.

She'll- try working on it herself.

...Nod.

Meditation time.

Vader relaxes over the course of the session.

Oh, good.

"Thank you," she says at the end, voice quiet.

"Love you, mama."

"I love you, too."

Then: Vader would like Dalia to explain everything she knows of the Force.

Dalia's understanding is very surface-level, heavily informed by what she's heard the Empress talking about.

She listens intently, mentally pulling up lists of texts she wants Dalia to read, noting points she wants to cover, asking further questions to draw out Dalia's mindset around the Force.

(Vader would very much enjoy teaching, if not for the world she found herself in.)

And then: to the larger of the exercise rooms. She wants to see how well Dalia moves.
