Taharqi's face is sticky. He licks his lips once more then walks outside their small covered area to get under the rain, again.

Yeah, as much as Gabe likes it, even he wants to clean himself off. Henry and Thomas follow suit. "Want some soap?"

"—you have soap?"

"I can make soap." He raises his hand showing a patch of dark crystal from which is growing a bar of cream-white soap.

"We should inventory all the things we can make. And all things we have on us to replicate."

"Well, I will not refuse free limitless soap."

He can use it to help clean up in the rain.

Gabe offers him the bar. It smells like lavender. Then he and Henry start washing off each other.

"We can probably do the inventory thing tomorrow," Thomas suggests.

"Yeah, sleeping is probably a good idea for tonight."

There are some furs he can use to dry himself and them.

Thomas accepts. He also helps to dry Taharqi off, just because.

Henry and Gabe also do that, but with more casualness and less obvious lust than Thomas.

"Down, boy, we can fuck more in the morning," he says, laughing.

Thomas laughs along and makes an innocent face. "I know, I know."

"In his defense, you sure are ridiculously tempting."

"I don't think I have ever been so nakedly lusted after."

"Oh, really? Does this mean everyone is as hot as you, so you don't stand out?"

"I wouldn't know," he replies, grinning. "Maybe you will tell me when you meet more people."

"Can't wait."

"Huh, are there non-cannibal people around?"

"Friendly people, cannibalism is a low bar."

"Most people aren't cannibals! I did not mean to give a different impression. Friendly is harder but still not impossible, I have a friend guarding my home back on the Highlands. I suppose I could bring him here for you to meet tomorrow."

Shrug. "Besides Gabe's curiosity, I wanted to get a lay of the land. I am sorry for assuming that cannibals are overly common."

"They mostly stick to the desert, anyway. You will not find many of them around here."

"Good to know. When you said you could bring your friend tomorrow, by what means would that be? Is your home a day's walk from here?"

"No, no, it's several days by horse. What I would do is die, reform my body back there, then bring him over using the magical teleportation map I built there."
