Tyler… his movements are actually pretty fluid.

He's pretty good at this, and seems like he's enjoying himself.

In that case, there can be plenty of dancing.

Then they will make time for kissing!

His dance partner is better at kissing than he is at dancing. 

In a lull between all of the club-related activities, Mason gets them some drinks. 

"Come here often?"

"No, actually," smirks Tyler. "How about you?"

He snickers.

"No, sorry, uh, I'm not usually big on clubs and bars. My friend thought I should go. Usually I'm studying or watching TV, unless there's a game."

"Oh? What do you play?"

"Oh, I don't play. I can dance, but I'm not an athlete. My best friend is our school's star lacrosse player, so I have to tag along." 

"It's hopefully not too bad?"

"There are plenty of cute boys, and it's fun to have a friend on the team, otherwise I wouldn't get excited about it, but it's kind of fun. Do you play anything?" 

"Not really? I'm pretty good at swimming and okay at running – turns out my new school has a cross-country club."

"I bet you have a lot of stamina."

"It's pretty good," shrugs Tyler. "You do much running?"

"Not really," he says apologetically.

"I'm not really an athlete. I spend most of my time on school and hanging out with my friend, and just, reading about stuff." 

"Any stuff in particular?"

"Everything. Mythology, history, linguistics, chemistry...not always useful stuff, but I just like knowing things." 

"Good habit to have," comments Tyler. "I'm less big on the mythology – or was, at least, I've been looking into it a bit more recently – but the rest of that sounds good."

"Mythology is fun to read, but it's not as practical, even compared to history and literature. It's just the kind of thing to do, if you have the time anyway, and I'm in high school, I'm probably not going to have this much time again. Speaking of spending our time wisely..."

Tyler raises an eyebrow. "You mean you didn't come here to chat about your reading habits?"

Kiss?

Mmmyeah.

After a reasonable amount of dancing, Danny comes to check on Tyler.

After this reasonable amount of dancing, Tyler has finished kissing Mason, continued dancing a bit, and then started kissing Mason some more.

Danny will wait for a break in the kissing, if it looks like that's coming soon.
