The pigeon will keep following her without trouble unless she actively tries to shake her tail off.

Pascale, meanwhile, seeks out Scott.

Scott is not that easy to find. He must be busy. 

Most students are going home now. She could try there. 

If she looks inside, the pigeon will see the teacher speaking to a slightly younger man. 

To the McCall house then! But, you know, subtly.

The pigeon eavesdrops.

He makes a joke about after-school detention, she about intrepid reporters and their coworkers. 

They drink wine. 

Scott is at home when she arrives.

"How did it go?" 

Waiting. Watching. Listening.

"Pretty good, I think. Did you know Ms. Morrell is the emissary to the Alpha Pack?"

"No, we didn't. Are you okay?" 

"Sorry I almost got you killed? I don't think they make a card for that." 

Would she like to find another window? 

They seem to be moving to the bedroom. 

"Aw, thanks for the concern. I'm fine, though, she was nice. She thinks the Darach is here because of the alphas, so I'm going to talk to one of them tonight."

...this is turning into a sex thing, isn't it. People generally prefer their privacy. It's unlikely there's an exit from the bedroom, so the pigeon will wait here.

"Okay. Can we do anything for you before you leave?" 

She'll have to wait a while, until it gets dark out. 

"Just wanted to let you know! And to say thanks for the note, Isaac."

Gods: good at waiting.

(She has things going on elsewhere, she's not entirely wrapped up in this pigeon.)

"Sure. My dad used to leave me funny notes like that in my lunchbox, I thought you'd appreciate it." 

"...Good luck." 

And eventually, she leaves the loft and returns to her car.

Finally.

The pigeon goes to follow the car.

And Pascale returns to Ellayania's domain.

The woman stops in front of a perfectly normal suburban house. 

She walks to the front door.
