After a minute or so Stefan will beep the horn. Not vindictively at all.

Yeah no he pretty much agrees they should go. Kissing in front of his house is a terrible idea.

She relents easily, with only a small pout, and they get into the car and go to pick up everyone else.

Harley and Scott are already at his house, and they pile into the car too.

"Hey, Mr. Salvatore."

"You can call me Stefan. Mr. Salvatore implies that I'm old," he jokes.

Juliet laughs.

"Okay. It's nice to meet you. Is it just Jackson left?"

"I can just text and tell him not to come."

"Why, was it something we said?"

"I want him there."

"It might be a little awkward, but I guess I'll deal."

She directs them to Jackson's house.

"...I want to have a good time. Jackson is my friend, he can be on a team with me and Matt."

Do not break up with him right now.

"Sure. We can have a good time."

"So, uh, Juliet, you do photography, right?"

"She does. She's amazing. Not as amazing as me, but still amazing."

"My ego would dictate that I argue that point, but I also agree that you are the most amazing."

"I haven't seen any of Matts work, but Juliet is very talented. Are you an artist too, Scott?"

"No, I'm not, I just heard Juliet was. I mostly just play video games, sir."

"I haven't played many video games recently, I'm more of a book reader."

"Is that code for 'writing non-stop in your diary'. Seriously, that's all I see you doing these days. Though I am fond of some of the vintage Stefan Diaries." She addresses Matt, "I should show you them someday, they're really interesting."

"If you insist."

"Yeah? What do you write about, Stefan?"

"Private things that nosey cousins really shouldn't mention in front of just anyone."
