Then they have another class – Kay has art, which would be with Rashel except she still hasn't shown up, and Ev has Thuria with Krian, which would also have Thar, except he also hasn't yet shown up.

It passes by without incident! Then Ev and Krian can go past art and fetch Kay and then proceed onwards to lunch.

Kay and Krian fall behind, like they are talking about something somehow private.

Then he phosses Kay.

Kay tries to move forward... this is harder than expected.

He leaves Kay behind, pushing past Ev.

… Well okay then, if he cares to just shove past Ev, that's… yeah, whatever.

Ev looks back at Kay and frowns a bit. "You okay there?"

Kay stands still there, phossed... then the phoss is gone and it is like a barrier vanished and Kay moves forward.

"What the fuck?"

"Do you have a thing against lumen or something?" asks Ev.

"What? Dude... That phoss was solid."

"Umm no?" Ev frowns a bit more. "Are you okay?"

"It was! Fuck," Kay pinches himself, "huh, I don't know why people suggest that on TV."

"What, for checking if you're asleep? Well, not that this helps, but you're not."

There's a noise at the end of the corridor, prompting Ev to turn around and look – the corridor is rather empty excepting him and Kay, since most people have now gone to get food, but at the other end from where Kay and Ev are is the Thamar from the altercation at lunch yesterday.

He seems a bit confused, and it doesn't seem to be helped much by the wind that's tousling his hair. A couple of people are following behind him, looking worried, but he seems like he's trying to ignore them.

He also seems to be muttering to himself and running his hand through his hair, frustrated by– something.

"Wind again..." Kay says, "and that guy again."

"Yeah," says Ev a bit distractedly. "Weird."

He turns back to Kay and says, "But anyway, you're not asleep so are you sure you're alright?"

In the background: the Thamar falls into a trash can, seeming really rather distracted and still having his hair tousled by the light wind in the corridor. Ev does not appear to notice.

Kay doesn't respond. He is a bit fascinated by the Thamar that is in the middle of a shampoo commercial.

The Thamar gets back up! He then continues to stumble around a bit, going down a side corridor as the wind picks up a bit.

Ev seems to be ignoring it, still! He looks a bit confused at Kay's lack of attention and waves a hand tro try to regain it. "Aaare you sure you're okay?"

Kay blinks.

"Kinda not?" Kay says still looking at the Thamar.

The Thamar is actually just disappearing out of view, so Kay will have to move to keep watch!

The Thamar is also still stumbling around, and oh look, now he seems to be talking a bit more loudly to himself, and the people following him are trying to comfort him and get him to calm down but it doesn't seem he wants to.

"Do you want to sit down or something?" asks Ev. "You seem a bit– distracted?"

"I am okay..." Kay says following the Thamar around, oddly fascinated.

Ev stands in place, swivelling to face Kay but not actually making a move.

The Thamar is shrugging off the people who are trying to help, now, and seems to be going… well, rather crazy? He's talking to himself now, quite loudly, which causes Ev to take note and actually move to see him.

"… He doesn't look too good," says Ev rather obliviously.

"No fucking shit he doesn't."

He truly doesn't! He's now making his way further along the corridor, zigzagging from side to side, and then just as he's about to reach the end of it—

— He decides to start running and jump through the window, prompting shocked gasps and some running and some horrified looks from the people around.

Kay stands still for just a moment then he runs toward the broken window.

He might want to be careful of the shards of glass around it and the sharp points on the window itself, but if he looks out, he might be able to see the boy's body on the ground below.

It looks– well, not mangled, but definitely extremely damaged. He doesn't seem to be conscious, he's definitely bleeding out, and it's possible he's already dead from the fall. Unfortunately for him, that side of the building currently seems rather deserted, so he'll have to wait a bit before he gets any attention, let alone any medical attention.

Ev slowly walks over to the window, rather wide-eyed, and then gets out his phone to dial the emergency services.
