These portals have the same wires running through them as all the other portals, the wires needed to make computers work. Elves can hire Amentans to buy the materials. (He and his mother finish a nice little house and start on a second one).

Why yes. They need more things. They need familiar food and refrigerators and one of those neighborhood sized electrical outlets to draw from and some kind of sewer arrangement and clothes and temporary tents for privacy while they build the houses and birth control and to know what the seasons on this planet are so they know when to take it and they are not buying the never needing medicine thing and would like some just in case and they want books and TV reception and phone connections.

- he can do magic fountains for sewer arrangement. He can do birth control now none of them are fertile until they want to be, there they go. The seasons will be however they want them. The grass can grow real tall for privacy (or they could spread out, why are they all right where they arrived?)

The Valar are not clear on electricity, TV, or phone connections but the Elves'll probably help them out with that. 

...uh is the magic birth control thing going to make spring feel weird that would be bad they want normal seasons. They are close together because they don't want to have to hike for an hour to get to a person they want to find especially since they don't even have cell phones. Grass will not cut it people can walk through it and stumble across people who want privacy same with walking for an hour even if they wanted to do that tent walls are the bare minimum.

...Amentans find tent walls impenetrable? The grass can knot together into grass walls. Tulkas has no idea what a tent is like. They should feel exactly the same except for not getting pregnant unless they mean to. They could all have little shells on necklaces that let them talk to anybody else they want to talk to? Does that work. They have them now. 

People will know to stay out of tents they are not going to do grass macrame.
