"Guenhwyvar!" When he-- died, he thought he'd left her behind forever but she's here--!

Drizzt gets lovingly rugby tackled by a cat nearly as tall as he is. 

Mapicc's sword is out in an instant, but when Drizzt seems to be happy and not upset or injured, he reluctantly puts it away. He double checks his inventory anyway--he's got a full fight kit, just in case--not that it would matter much against something spawned-in.

"So...this is...good?"

"It's excellent."

Drizzt is now very, very pinned. 

"That is so not vanilla." Roshambo stifles a laugh. "Even for a spawn egg. Parrot cannot find out about this."

Drizzt gives him a look that implies that if Parrot finding out could harm Guenhwyvar, Parrot is not going to find out. Or may be made to forget. Violently.

The affect is somewhat spoiled by the fact he is stuck under a cat making the exact same expression.

"Wait, so-- you know the cat, do you have any idea now how you might have ended up with a spawn egg for it?"

"In my-- original world, she was tied to a statue I kept with me."

"And so here that's a spawn egg. Makes sense, I guess. Could the statue do anything other than summoning her?"

"Not that I ever found."

"If she let's you."

Guenhwyvar stands up and sits pointedly next to Roshambo.

...Very tentative pat, with one of the many hands?

Guenhwyvar leans into the hand.

Pettings are very good.

!!!!!!! This is very good. Guenhwyvar can get so many pets. Roshambo's entire attention, for the moment, is studiously devoted to optimizing the petting. Many variables to test. This is one of the benefits of being many hands of various sizes.

Hmm. This is a barely adequate number of hands. Barely.

"Sooooo," Mapicc says, after a bit of silence. "Is the cat, like, useful, or just a pet? --No hate either way, if--Guenhwyvar?--is a pet I'll help protect it, the three of you are all quite frankly adorable, I'm just wondering."

"She's a good hunter, and has saved my life many times."

"Cool cool, good to know. ...How strong is she? Stronger or weaker than a person?"

Probably stronger than most mobs, if she's a reliable hunter? Unless she's only reliable at killing passive mobs, but she's big enough and unfamiliar enough that Mapicc doesn't want to bet on that. She doesn't look like she has any ridiculous potion effects. But she also doesn't look like any mob Mapicc knows--she's bigger than a cat or an ocelot, by quite a bit--and if she's actually modded or something like that then who even knows what she might be able to do. She could be weak and only good at hunting fish. She also might have ridiculous strength or a thousand hearts or both or something else entirely. Roshambo can cuddle up to her if he wants, but Mapicc's keeping his distance until he knows more about what's going on with her.

"She's as capable as a trained fighter."

Well, that gets Mapicc's interest. "How trained? She doesn't need gear, does she need potions? Wait, she doesn't need gear, if the fight's about equal then surely she could just win by surviving until their armor breaks. I can see how she'd do a fight that was mostly axe or sword pvp, but what about explosions, no crystals on lifesteal but carts are fine and I don't know how you'd counter that without a shield and she can't use a flame bow. Keeping the low ground, I guess, or water, but it's gotta be harder. Actually, wait, she can't counter bows at all, surely the strat would be to bowspam from a distance. Can she use pearls? Does she respawn? Can we fight, if she can't respawn I promise I won't kill her."

"I haven't seen her handle potions or explosions, but I can't see why she couldn't? On my world,  she could escape to her home plane if she was injured. I'm not sure what would happen if she died on my world, let alone here. But if you want to see her in action, that can be arranged."
