Hyacinth snuggles in. 

"It was..." She searches for words. "Intense. A thrill. I'm really glad we did it. l... when you put the knife to me there was this moment where I didn't want it but I did want it, you know?"

Hailey nods, smiling. "Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. It's scary and you want to say no but at the same time the way you want to say no is why you say yes, partly because it's just so intense and transgressive."

"I couldn't have put it better myself." 

Hyacinth leans in and kisses Hailey's lips.

"So," she says. "I think it's safe for us to travel now. Want to start heading in the direction of Cordova?"

She nods. "Yeah, definitely. We can meet the Gay Blades and get you some coloring supplies."

"You promised, after all." Hyacinth's impish smile is deeply sincere.

"And I'm a woman of my word," she replies with a sharp grin. "We'll get as complete a set as they sell, and we'll make anything missing by hand if we have to."

She stands up and goes to equip her gear, then pauses.

"Maybe I need a shower first. You should be clean and fresh, since you just respawned."

Hyacinth laughs. "Yeah, that is one advantage. I'll hang out in the study and read while you shower, then."

She presses a kiss to Sin's lips and then heads off to the bathroom to wash up.

Fuck their life has gotten pretty amazing. She's washing up in her body, not just a shared design the other Pirates compromised on, they have an amazing plural system as a girlfriend, she just had the best sex of her life, and they're about to go hike through beautiful countryside toward a bigger city where they can make friends with a guild of fellow queers and buy a gift for said girlfriend.

Life is good.

Eventually she comes back to the study, dressed and armored up, hair still a bit wet. 

Hyacinth re-equips her leather armor and her staff and pops up to give Hailey a firm hug.

"Alright," she says. "I'm feeling charged. Let's go!"

"Hell yeah." She hugs Sin back, then walks out the front door with a smirk on her face.

Hyacinth follows, her ears pricked up, her gaze alert.

Their surroundings are calm. A few birds are chirping. It's a pleasant afternoon.

Hailey pushes a couple buttons in her menu, and then the house vanishes back into her inventory. She starts down the eastern road to Cordova.

"So, how'd you get into coloring?"

"Uh, my psych got me into it, actually. She had a bunch of coloring pages in the waiting room of her practice and I tried one and then I was hooked. ADD's like that sometimes."

"Cute! We've never tried it. Maybe we should. Sable might dig it in her... smoller moods."

"Oh." Hyacinth looks away. "I... have those moods too sometimes."

"Adorable," she replies with a smirk, and kisses Sin's cheek. "Well, maybe sometimes y'all can color together, and maybe sometimes y'all can trade off who's the smol and who's taking care of the smol."

Hyacinth smiles. "Yeah..."

Her thoughts flick back to the idea of a kitsune kit...

Hailey smiles and hip-bumps Sin as they walk. "Pretty fuckin' glad we met you. A+ job on whoever meddled to drop you on us when you first entered the realm."

"Three guesses who and the first two don't count." Hyacinth grins. 

She mimes a toast with an imaginary glass, grinning. "Here's to May."

Hyacinth inclines her staff. "Here's to May." She "clinks" it against Hailey's imaginary glass and keeps walking.

Hailey hums thoughtfully after a moment. "Wonder if there's a way to link our design suite to the house, to make it easy to go back and forth, or any of our other stand-alone environments. Neo would certainly appreciate easier access to her projects."

"That's a good question. Something to look into later. If I could install my hand-gesture controls..."

"Might be able to at least get your gesture controls in the menu? Could be an accessibility feature?"
