"You could probably start working on casting on a little bowl of water, now. It's tricky, but it's a good way to figure out how to make spells that won't break easily."

"That's a good idea. What are some of the relevant things to watch for...?"

"It's hard to explain in words, but..." technical explanation, woo.

And then Occlus will begin attempts to turn theory to practice.

The kobold waits for her to finish her first attempt.

Her first fails. She frowns and tries again.

Note to self: Tomorrow, suggest working on understanding her surroundings while trancing. Being able to understand what someone's saying to you is definitely an advanced skill, but it's something she can work toward.

When Occlus next looks up, the kobold is gone.

Hmmm... Raafi will probably be okay for the afternoon, someone should take him to visit a place soon, though. For now... Satele, or magic class? Hm. She'll swing by the garden for a Q & A session and then go see if Satele is around.

"How's things?"

"Fairly well. We've resettled the first three Sith on their chosen planets."

"Good," she grins. "Any problems with the spells?"

"No, they've been working well."

"Good." Hug. "I didn't have a chance to talk to Occlus about meeting with the Council today; they were too interested in the exercise I gave them. I'll try again tomorrow."

"That's all right."

Grin, hug, pause to see if Satele has anything to bring up.

"I've talked with a number of the organizations that helped slaves. Individually, none can handle more than fifty or so at once, but we can coordinate and divide the groups if you get more than that at one time."

"Sure, I can make that work. How many can they help altogether, for the first run?"
