Headtilt. "Why are you worried about me?"

The kobold makes a face. "I'm guessing about, like, half of this, that's why I want to go to the library tomorrow, it might not work the way I'm thinking of even a little bit. But I'm worried about how your feelings about the Sith might interact with your magic."

"I can control it. That's part of what the meditation is supposed to help with."

This answer gets a little spike of worry and a complicated face - that's not the same thing as not having the problem at all and there is something fundamentally not okay about this and I don't give up on friends - and then the kobold leans heavily on her, in a way that suggests she's more intending to give comfort than receive it.

Pat pat. Ana will be fine, kobold, you don't have to worry about her.

Right. Well. There's probably nothing else useful to say about that now, anyway. The kobold leans on Ana and eats her dinner.

Dinner! Dinner and hugs.

Dinner and hugs and bedtime. The kobold has gotten herself sorted out to an at least less actively worried state by the time they're done.

Ana is in the cafeteria in the morning, happy as ever.

That's also good! The kobold is still in a thoughtful sort of mood but otherwise back to her usual cheerful self. Hugs! Breakfast!

Coming up with spell design challenges that don't rely on detailed knowledge of the teleportation spell form is hard, but she has a couple, based on things she's done for her tribe or people she's met in Milliways.

The Jedi are pretty good at it, as a group.

They should probably get back to actual casting skills, though. At the end of the class, she asks if there's anything in particular they'd like to cover next.

How about casting two different spells on the same twig?

That's actually straightforward enough that they can just go ahead and do it, but there's a couple spell design considerations with that that she can go over, sure. And, that reminds her, she never did cover casting a spell on part of an object or on multiple objects at once, so she'll do that too. Tomorrow. Lunchtime, now.
