That is suggestive. Alas. He will go into his cottage. He does not want her to follow him in and is willing, given that she doesn't know any etiquette and won't meaningfully catch him, to be slightly rude in how snug he keeps the door aperture as he enters.

One way or another, this causes her to not enter his house.

Great. Does he have a freezer? Now that he has been oriented to things like "you need a water bottle if you are going to do an athletic activity outdoors" in spite of the fact that it is cold and he is in a bewildering magical universe, best practices are that if you have a freezer you should freeze your half-full water bottle sideways.

There are both a minifridge and a minierfreezer, yes, as cupboards.

Great. He will put his half-full water bottle sideways in the minifreezer. And look out the window to see if she is lurking.

Is there anything to do in this cottage while he's waiting for the water bottle to enable further hoverboarding? - he can sing again, if the answer is otherwise "no".

Well, there's the screen.

Zane was going to show him that but he is not sure where Zane is right now and it feels very presumptuous to go knock on his door. Especially since that is a plausible Viralael destination. Does it yield to some poking?

Yes!  He can locate the remote and turn on the screen and boot up into "DisneyPlus+" without too much trouble.

The initial bar of splash images advertises 'Renaissance Classics', such as Beauty and the Beast, but if he can figure out the arrows he can browse through TV, family movies, action/adventure, animation, educational...

He has no more specific itinerary and will watch Beauty and the Beast.

Well, which version.  He can pick from a long list of Earths-with-a-number-after them or do an amalgamated cut or randomize it.

This version is like four hours long, he finds out when he sits on the remote and pauses it.

Maybe that's normal. If anything interrupts him he will pick up later. He will determine experimentally which button is the pause one before he needs it.

If he didn't close the curtains he might catch a glance out his window of Zane boarding.  Doing completely insane tricks, actually.  Going upside down and diving from heights.

He did not close the curtains! That's neat! Though he is presently, once he allows enough of it to play post-button-figuring, distracted back to the movie by its overture.

The pacing's really weird; there are a lot of nearly-repeated cuts with slight variation, and long gaps between the lines of dialogue.  It's not as if he's familiar with the music but it sounds like they might be adding vamps and repeats into it.

Maybe he doesn't want the amalgamated cut after all. He backs out and switches to a - actually no if Zane's in earshot and not actively entertaining Viralael he'll just ask him. Out he steps.

Zane is only intermittently in earshot, but Viralael's not around so this doesn't cause any problems for Kyeo.  He zooms over once he sees Kyeo waving.
