"My sister died."

"Oh. I'm so sorry. Um, is she handling the switch to being a ghost okay?"

"...I don't know. I haven't spoken to her since." He sounds kind of confused by the question, though.

"Oh. Well, if she doesn't like being a ghost, I'm researching ways to de-ghost people." Among other things.

"Oh." Pause. "Maybe I should ask her. When I next see her."

"That sounds like a good idea. But being a ghost really isn't bad, I tested it out in Ravenwood. Your sister might be fine as she is, now."

"Oh. Maybe." He nods. "I think that'd be nice."

Smile! She has successfully cheered the sad vampire boy up a little! Speaking of:

"So what's being a vampire like?"

"It's okay. I like it."

"I'm glad! Do you have much of a problem with sunlight? I hope it's not too uncomfortable."

"I used to, but I don't anymore."

"Really! What changed to make sunlight more tolerable?"

"I became a master vampire."

"Oh! Congratulations. Did that take a while?"

Oops, she should have specified what 'that' is, he might be about to get confused...

"Yes, it took a little bit."

Nod. "But fortunately you had forever to figure it out - vampires don't age, right?"

"Right. We're also very hard to kill."

"But you do have to drink blood?"

"Yes. Or eating plasma fruit, or drinking plasma fruit drinks." He wiggles his glass.

... Giggle. "Oh, okay. That sounds much easier. I'm actually going to try to grow plasma fruit myself, do you know where I could get some seeds for it or something?"

It is one of the plants necessary to make that life extension plant, so. It's on her list. She wasn't aware it fed vampires, but that makes sense, she supposes. As much as anything here does, anyway.

"You can buy it at stores and online I think? And it just kinda grows places sometimes. It's a bit of a weed."

"Oh, really? I guess I was expecting it to be kind of rare. Do you want me to send you some plasma fruit after I've grown it? I don't need the fruits themselves for my project."

"Sure! That'd be nice of you."
