He walks back – doesn't want to miss the speech.

Dayo's in the same room he is, and the other kids start gathering.

"Well, we seem to almost all be there, except for Ms. Jordan," says Naomi. "Tut tut. I hope she's not too late!" she trills.

Of course not, nope, not at all.

[Your absence has been noted,] he says, letting her know.

[Just two more minutes, anyway.]

[Fifty-nine, fifty-eight…]

"Well, it appears Ms. Jordan won't be joining us," the woman says, clicking her tongue and closing the door—

—and then a boy two years Anthony's junior taps her on the head and she passes out. Several of the kids in the room already knew this was going to happen, but several didn't, and a couple of them look like they'd scream if the others weren't holding them.

    "Okay, what's next?" asks the boy that knocked Naomi out just as the screen flickers on to show the Leader.

"Good morning, world!" says the Leader.

[Next we move,] he sends, broadcasting to those around him – and then he heads for the door.

The Leader continues speaking, oblivious, while others are knocked out.

And Dayo assumes Naomi's form. Anthony receives various messages of success, and one of distress, they need help right now.

He sends some of the others that way while trying to get an idea of the problem.

The problem seems to be that one of the monitors got the upper hand in one of the rooms, apparently.

How much of an upper hand, can they just send a few more people to knock him out or does he have powers that make that hard to implement?

He has powers that make that hard to implement, but probably sending Vivian there will be enough.

He lets her know.

She goes over there and copies powers and helps deal with it.

They're on a tight schedule, the monitors who were allowed not to watch the Speech for security are going to catch on soon.

Anthony's with a group of them, en route to the pickup point, trying to get confirmation from the unknowns still left.

And Dayo runs on ahead, pretending to be Naomi and stalling.

Alarms start sounding.

Monitors have been alerted somehow, probably, who knows.

Dayo-as-Naomi is really convincing, actually, they can get away with pretending they're the well-behaved kids.

Anthony tries to hide in the crowd at this point, be less obvious in case they want him to explain why and how he didn't know about it, or something.

Hopefully they can keep progressing. He tries to help the others coordinate to the extent he can.

They can keep progressing, Dayo only needs to distract for long enough to knock them out.
