Snort. "I can imagine you did."

Alex smirks, "Fun was definitely had," he agrees. He nods at Sawney in greeting, and then leans over the bed to focus his attention on Henry's back.

"Oh, plenty! Sawney showing up only made it moreso!" He grins back at him, and then up at Gabe, "You gonna draw something, now? You must have all sorts of inspiration." 

"I find myself very inspired, true." To Sawney he asks. "Where did you go again?"

"Ask Topher if he was interested, he decided not to."

"He's missing out." 

Shrug. "Not everyone appreciates art as much as Gabe does."

"That would be a challenge."

"Speaking of art, may I see your sketch?"

"It's not quite done, but sure," he agrees, turning the sketchpad to show him. 

The sketch depicts Franklyn lounging in the hammock, smiling up at the viewer, light dappling his body where it streams in through the plantlife on the balcony. It looks like he's just finishing up, sketching out the hammock and some plants trailing down beneath it, along with the outlines of a few birds perched on the ropes above Franklyn's head. 

"Very nice." He pulls his own sketch book. "And how about you Sawney?"

Sawney's sketch is of James drawing Franklyn.

"Now Gabe should do one of you and then we can close the circle with James making one of Gabe."

"Sketchception," James agrees, "Sounds fun, actually. But Sawney will have to draw Henry and Alex, then. We can't let your participation go unremembered!"

"Sure, sure. I am used to being artistically appreciated." He looks at Alex. "I guess I am not the only one?"

"I can't blame James for artistically appreciating you."

"I'm pretty used to it, yeah," he snorts, the innuendo flying right over his head. "If you thought there were a lot of sketches of me in that book, you should see the many others he has back home." 

"What kind of person would I be if I didn't appreciate beauty where I found it?" Jamie asks, a hand over his heart, "It's hardly my fault if the most beautiful thing in the room is usually my twin, and if he happens to be around a lot for me to appreciate..."

"I am sure that if I had a twin I would appreciate him a lot. Every day. And hard."

Both Alex and Jamie pause in their current activities, sharing a look, and then Alex goes back to what he was doing. He's trying for a blank expression, but some of the strain is leaking through.

Jamie mostly just looks curious, with a hint of something calculating underneath, "I figure most people would think it was weird to appreciate your twin to that extent," he says, "Or maybe they'd call it 'wrong'." 

"Heh, have we mentioned that we are raised pretty much like brothers despite being cousins? I doubt that would bother Gabe."

"Is there anything that bothers Gabe?"

"People being prudes?"

 He smirks, but continues on that line of thought a bit more, "Would it bother anyone else around here?" He wonders. 

(It had to come out at some point. Really, it's better make sure it's actually going to be okay now, before they get too attached.)
