I want to figure out if I can synergize different powers at this level of magic sooner rather than later but finding magical girls with powers that might combine interestingly is difficult when you have to sort through the magical girls at an air park and every one you check you have to socially interact with. I emailed the survey people but who knows when they'll respond.

So am I! Not to mention that my plans for the future vary wildly depending on whether I have a merely fortuitous power or a real trump card. 

I'm not thinking of any of the common powers that would synergize that well with any others, honestly.

The combination that led me to conclude that I couldn't synergize effectively at my previous power level was terrakinesis and speed. Moving stone faster wouldn't have been especially exciting but it would have been marvelous proof of concept.

Ooh, yeah, it would've. Hmmm... bolts and size changes? For bigger bolts. You could try that with club girls.

It took this long for me to think of it. Maybe a healer plus Brooklyn could get you enhancing third parties' senses?

It could, but it could also be useful. I don't know if healers can typically do sex reassignment, for example. 

Ooh, there's a concept. I think they don't, at least not typically, though I assume they can help with postsurgical recovery a normal amount.

And non-magical surgical techniques only go so far! Assuming a best-case scenario--if not Alexis plus a healer, some other combination--it might well be possible to induce new-sex fertility.

That seems a little elaborate - you'd have to rearrange the whole genome, at least in part of the body. I don't know if magic gets that good at detail work! More realistically they could have improved sexual functioning, maybe be able to carry to term even if the conception had to be handled with science.

I was thinking more of womb function in women, yes. I don't see why a transman should need his genome readjusted, unless he felt the idea of being able to sire only daughters worse than no fertility at all.

Generating gametes seems like a complicated enough thing that I'm not sure it can be done, especially since you get reduced versions of copied magic.
