She is sitting in the library, studying. It's her most common pastime, by hours; spending time with her sister is more enjoyable but Jaromira prefers to socialize more broadly and Katarzyna would only get in the way. This is better on net; the two of them share a room, so it isn't as though her sister's time is entirely hogged by the other girls who call this boarding school "home." Or at least "prison." Katarzyna doesn't mind it, though; the school library is excellent, and basic manners and care for the books has endeared her to the librarian to a sufficient degree to lubricate the interlibrary loans process when there's something she wants to read that they don't have.

Yes, she can email the organization associated with the survey. There is a note that the inbox is heavily filtered and unknown, non-.edu addresses will take longer to get replies.

The DMV does them! Many schools are also equipped to register magical girls.
There is a four hour wait!
Four hours later she can demonstrate that she is a magical girl and get an Arizona state ID that says so.
Hooray.
And then she sneaks as sneakily as possible back into the school and her room because she should probably not be out this late.
Then she will take the survey.
It is long and the questions are written with the sort of obnoxious clarity that speaks to many junk answers discarded in the past.
Fortunately Katarzyna is the sort of person who appreciates excessive quantities of clarity.
Then she will enjoy this prolonged survey enormously. It wants to know her family history of magic, the circumstances of her activation, her mods, her magic, the quantity and kind of outfit intervention she has sought, etcetera.
Her family history is this one great-aunt. She was reading in the library. She has the following mods and has previously had the following other mods. Two hours of expensive from-scratch consultation. Etcetera.
They will send her a check for fifty dollars at her registered address!
She does not get a prompt reply.
The next day after school she texts Isabella.

Katarzyna continues not to have any modeling training but she can improvise a bit in pictures taken of her by her twin to send her girlfriend.
