Not really, he has literally never played anything before.

They can play some Mario Kart then! How about that, does that sound fun or should he look for something else for them to play?

Sure, Mario Kart sounds fun, what does Mario have to do with karts—ooh. Oooooh! This is fun there are explosions!

There are! Also bananas and weird turtle shells and oh look a very pretty map named rainbow road where you can fall off the track if you're not careful.

Sadde thinks this is delightful and giggles whenever he or Theo fall off the track. Mostly himself due to practice, lack thereof.

Theo does it a few times! It is pretty fun, though, yeah, and they can spend at least half an hour doing this.

Oh look Sadde adjusted his position a bit and his arm is touching Theo's now, this was completely unconscious and unintentional and Sadde hasn't even noticed it, has he, so engrossed is he in the game.

Theo's not going to conspicuously move away – arms touching isn't particularly weird.

Woo, Mario Kart.

Nope, not weird at all. Sadde won't really get tired of playing this game too soon either.

Then it'll get to about 5pm and, "Might be a good time to go jogging."

"Okay! That was fun, though, I could see myself losing a lot of time doing this."

"Yeah!" he says. "Lots of people do – video games sell pretty well for a good reason."

Up he gets, switches off the console, and, "Should we swing by yours to get you some clothes then? I can get changed, then we go?"

"I actually brought some with me in my backpack."

"Oh, cool," he says. "Be back in a sec, then." And upstairs he goes, presumably to get changed.

...well it's an empty house Theo lives alone in, he'll just change where he is.

Yup! That's probably just fine, the room even has a door if he cares to shut it, how considerate of it.

Theo's back down shortly and he starts putting on his shoes.

And Sadde's ready!

Jogging?

Jogging! And talking a bit, if Sadde wants to – Theo's up for that – but if he just wants to jog, then they can jog around Theo's usual route.

Sure!

"So what other games do you have?"

"I think I have like one soccer thing? A few shooters, a few puzzle games, some team games or like, group games like Mario Kart…" Shrug.

"Well you're adorable when you're playing video games but I think I'm more interested in multiplayer ones than watching you play. Or having you watch me play."

"I think there are a couple of two-player games too, or we could use my laptop and, uh, some other computer, I can probably find one that works decently, and play multiplayer games on those?"

He shrugs. "That works for me. Unless you have other suggestions."

Shrug. "I think that's mostly it for video games, yeah? There's lots of TV and movies and stuff, though, if we do this other times?"

"Yeah, sure, that works."

Oblivious, or unwilling? The eternal question.
