"I think option three works best. Shall we make up a sign up sheet?"

"I can do that, if everyone else is okay with that."

"Yeah, just make sure that there are gaps in the schedule. We only have one bathroom so far, I suppose there might be more in the mall or outside but we don't know where those are."

"That sounds fine to me."

"Okay then."

"You mentioned the library. It looks like half of the library is made of fiction books. So far I haven't seen anything in that section that looks like it has alien origins, but I haven't looked inside every book. You can tell which ones are alien because they're missing a copyright page. A bunch of the nonfiction is from Earth, it looks like it's mostly the science textbooks that have been replaced but again I haven't checked everything."

"I looked through everything in the games and crafts room. I don't recognize all the games but the art supplies are all things I've heard of. Some of the puzzles have really pretty pictures."

"I've skimmed through some of the medical books, they are more advanced than ones I've seen before. And have nicer pictures."

"That's a little strange don't you think? Aliens understanding our biology better than we do."

"That is strange," agrees Riley.

"Yeah, a bit."

"I get the impression that Riley is going to be spending a lot of time with the interface for the clinic but the others of you with jobs should check whether you have any specific abilities that would be useful."

"I can work with the teleporters some, I should get on to figuring that out. Given the size of this place having teleporters to move around sooner rather than later is probably a good idea. I can also unlock doors, which could be useful."

Dave says,"And I can lock them, if there's some place that's not safe for just anyone to be able to walk into anytime. I should also write down a list of useful buildings that are out there so we know what to look for."

Jade says, "I can tell the greenhouse to grow stuff, if there's something it's not growing that we'd like it to grow."

Dave says, "There's more greenhouses out there too if we want more plants than there's space for in the one in this building."

"The teleporters are also our best chance to get home. I mean we don't know the code, there's ten to the thirty first codes so we can't guess the right code but maybe there's another way to find it."

"That assumes there is one. There doesn't have to be one."

"Emily. Please don't."

"Maybe there's some kind of pattern in the codes, but code breaking really isn't my thing."

"We'd need a lot of codes to work from to find a pattern."

"Yeah, that's also true."

"I think that most everything addressed, the only thing that isn't is actually making the privacy barriers. Does anyone have ideas for how to do that? I'd say wood or something if we could find a hardware store except you know water. Maybe there's something in a furniture store. Also, how many barriers do we want set up and where?"

"Well the easiest way to start off would be to divide the space in half and have three showers for the girls and three for the guys. Though we have more girls than guys right now."

"The bathtubs are pretty easy, but I'm more curious about whether we'll run the area with the stalls and the sinks as gender neutral or if we need to do something elaborate with those. As for the showers, dividing them in half doesn't seem to cost anything. Dividing them further might be hard. I think it might be better to run it as two different shower areas with occupied signs than one area for men and one for women."

"Yeah, I'd prefer occupied/unoccupied to gender based too."

"That also means couples can have fun together."
