She does pick the quietest room available - though there's really not much of a selection. It seems she doesn't need much space though, as she starts drawing a diagram on the floor. 

9S observes intently. She doesn't have much experience with magic.

The observation makes her slightly uneasy, but it doesn't affect her work. Though... "This isn't going to do anything impressive from the outside," she warns. "I'll just be projecting my own consciousness."

"To where?"

"To spy on Ronan."

"I see. Or well, technically not literally see."

She grins a little. 

"Though it'll help if I know what exactly I'm looking for...

9S can describe exactly what Ronan looked like when they saw him on Knowhere.

She'd also like to know what she'll be reporting - what parts are significant? What should she look for? 

If he managed to get hold of the Reality Stone. Where he is, where he's going, how much of his army is still intact. If Loki spots any easy way to kill him, that would be good too.

"...What does it currently look like, and do you think he's likely to have it on him or in a vault somewhere."

"Reportedly it was in it's gaseous state, but we didn't manage to get eyes on to verify." Loki should know, that, right? "We think he'll have it with him; he'll want to make use of its power."

She thinks deeply for a few moments, making small adjustments to her diagram. Then: "...I might be able to pull you with me. Two sets of eyes will be better."

"Does it matter that I'm not, ah, technically alive in the same way you are?"

??? "Yeah I noticed you're not biological, it's obvious," she says, of a thing absolutely no one else has noticed (or, at least hasn't noticed and then commented on). "But what does cellular activity have to do with anything? You've got a soul, so you're plenty alive."

"I'm not too familiar with magic and what I do know doesn't make much sense, so I thought I should say something in case it did matter."

"Magic makes a lot of sense to me - I can explain more of it later if you want."

"I'd like that."

Grin! "Explaining things to you is fun, so."
