"At least thirty thousand years... But that was on a lot of different Earths. We've been expanding to help more people!"

"What differs between Earths?"

"Lots of things, do you want to go visit another? It might not be safe until you're magic, puu..."

"I was hoping for a verbal answer actually."

"Can you give me examples."

"I used to live on an Earth where a company called Omoikane-Kessler Works was using monsters and evil magic to try to take over the world!"

"Whoa, how'd that work out?"

"They were using mind control broadcasts through TV! We helped magical girls from all across the world fight their monsters and investigate, until we found the location of the mind control hub and Savior Blazing Supernova destroyed it!"

"Good for Savior Blazing Supernova! Is anything big like that going on on this world? Is it common to run missions off one's home Earth?"

"Mostly there are more local troubles. There was an alien invasion but they just wanted a place to live so it's fine now! New magical girls mostly stay on their own Earth, but as you get more experienced more places can use your help."

"Where did the aliens go?"

"Tunisia!"

"Are they just... blending in... with the human Tunisians?"

"They're shape-shifters who like hot dry places so they live in the desert. I remember hearing there was some kind of fight between the African and European girls over it, I don't know the details really."

"Are any of them magical girls? Do magical girls go to other planets much?"

"Guardian Unbreakable Shield and Mistress Stellar Radiance are aliens! Getting to other planets is hard compared to using the Overworld, but some people make secret asteroid bases and things, or warp gates, or divine domains that aren't really on Earth anymore. By the way, I might have to go check on things in Seattle soon!"

"What's going on in Seattle?"

"We're trying to track down what's responsible for some mysterious thefts, chuu. There's traces of magic where they happened."

"Is that likelier to be a girl or a monster?"

"We don't know yet because the magic is completely unaspected. It's just raw mana, like eating sugar straight out of the bag. It's very mysterious. There aren't enough Puchuu to watch everywhere that someone might steal things and we don't have enough alarm charms to cover places either. Maybe you'll have clever ideas for how we can investigate?"

"- what does using raw mana, uh, do?"

"It just makes you feel kind of warm and tingly. It's not very useful. Even the most basic of spells aspects mana somehow."

"How does that help steal things?"

"We don't know but it's the only clue we have!"
