"I'm not sure the chains add anything aesthetically but a crown is fine. Nice coat is doable though." She sketches in a nice coat. Goes for kind of a D&D character aesthetic with a multitude of swag on the assumption that you have to fight in the swag and it's useful swag.

"You have to look super pretty, not tough, if you want to keep the elaborate costume theme! The minor power Enhanced Outfit will let you blend them, though."
