She turns to face Cynthia. "But he seemed... so normal!"

Ooh, skipping is fun.

Know what? It's even better with knives! Knife! Another knife! Kniiiives!

Hands come back down, Cynthia proceeds to stare at Brad. "Uh... Do you happen to have an excessive love of knives? Enjoy skipping but feel like you can't? I'm not a shrink... I also don't really care if that's how you wanna act."

"She doesn't!" he shouts, still skipping.

She turns to face him. "What the fuck are you doing? Skipping with knives? Who does that!?"

He starts humming.

"... Do you mind if I hurt him? I think he might be trying to hum my song."

Cynthia pulls out and grips her pocket knife. She does not sound like she's joking.

Hum hum hum.

Hummm.

"Um. Doesn't it hurt me if you hurt him? I mean, otherwise I might be totally up for it, but. Ummm."

Flick, the blade slides out. "I can always deal with that. Did before." Cynthia's eyes stay on Brad.

"I mean. Um. Okay?"

She doesn't sound very sure of that.

Skip, hum, skip. Hum, skip, hum hum.

Right now, an 'okay' will do. "No wounds show up on you, and Libby will keep the pain off. Simple." Libby appears next to Thea, sitting down.

Cynthia walks forwards, brandishing her knife. Libby can heal me too, no worries there. I just have to figure this thing out... What does it bleed? Does it bleed? It atleast should be connected to Thea but... Argh! I freaking miss you James! Why can't you still be here to figure this out?!

"Brad, get over here. You're listening, no doubt about it."

She still doesn't look particularly happy.

... Then again, Brad can probably handle himself.

Brad keeps skipping, but he does in fact make his way over to her. The knives are all disappearing.

He won't be the first to attack, unless the humming counts. Because that's continuing. A bit quieter than before, but still there.

Cynthia is actually good at melee fighting. Even if she doesn't have any supernatural strength, she's still remarkably quick.

Cynthia waits for Brad to get closer and to start the up-motion of the skip, leaving his feet off the ground. Cynthia then darts forward, switching her knife to her left hand. She'll go to slice Brad's left side, using her right arm to try to keep his right arm from grabbing her, then to momentum away from him. Cynthia wants more for him to bleed than to be stabbed, and to see with Libby if Thea reacts.

He whirls around, somehow spinning in mid-air, and kicks her away. If she wants to stab him, she'll have to try harder than that.

Wasn't expecting easy.

Cynthia fixes herself back to a standing position, holding the knife back in both hands. She holds it so that either hand can pull it away to hit something. The kick doesn't phase her so far. Libby remains seated, unmoving. Cynthia then starts walking towards Brad. I'll close the distance, knick him with whatever he uses to push me away? If he won't hurt me, there's no point to being a little 'risky'. Maybe this'll even help Thea somehow! Wait...

"Ah, hey Thea? Do you know any sort of martial art? Just wondering." Cynthia sounds casual and unworried, as she feels.

"... No? Why?"

Brad keeps his distance from Cynthia. Again, if she wants to get close and fight, that's up to her.

"Nothing! Just would like a heads up if I might get like, suplexed or something!"

With all said, Cynthia then proceeds to pick up the pace forwards. She's going to get close, right-hand her knife, then keep up quick, tight slashes towards whatever part of Brad leaves closest.

Brad keeps dancing back, trying to keep out of range of her slashes. If she keeps it up, she'll eventually nick his arm as he tries to deflect an attack, causing him to bleed onto the blade – the blood looks very much like regular blood, but he doesn't seem to bleed much. Afterwards, he'll smash his hand into the blade, presumably knocking it out of her hand, then he'll claw her arm, leaving a mark.

Thea winces when the blade cuts Brad, but otherwise just watches the fight.

Cynthia keeps a death-grip on her pocket knife, which would make clawing her arm not the hardest. She goes with the stumble and clears some distance away. Libby tenses up and sits forwards, but doesn't 'move' from the spot.

Cynthia turns towards Brad again, but more looks at the blood on her knife. "That was fun, up until THIS. I have less of an idea what the hell is up with you now!" Cynthia flicks a little bit of the blood back towards Brad to clarify what she meant. "Seriously. What the hell?"

Cynthia isn't currently bothered by her arm starting to bleed her own blood, or her shirt being slightly torn around it.

Thea looks on, not making any move to join, but seeming confused by Cynthia.
