Unfortunately she'll probably need to tuck it away before she finishes, lest Celebrimbor stumbles on her before she's decided whether and how to reveal her most precious work to the elf... She doesn't want to, though. She wants to show off her lovely ring.

The ring is very lovely. It would be good for everyone to appreciate it, because in so doing, they would be forced to recognize Annatar's greatness and superiority and beauty. The craft is only a reflection of the artisan. And the ring could help ensure that none of the other artifacts even think about acting contrary to her wishes.

She laughs and traces her finger around the ring's band again. And she shows her memories of Celebrimbor to the ring with a soft humming tune - the elf's usefulness, and Annatar's growing fondness and appreciation for her intellect, the role of lying in society, the risks of Annatar's true past being suspected...

She seems like she would be a good ally. Clever enough to actually help Annatar and positioned politically to influence a significant number of allies. Elves here, but also strong connections to the dwarves and all the resources they command.

And she's pretty. Not as pretty as the ring, but there's only one ring.

True, true.

And the more truthful Annatar can be early on, the easier it'll be later to bring Celebrimbor into the fold properly... 

Lay a proper foundation, yes.

All very good arguments for showing her ring off. 

As her mistress desires. Everyone should recognize her power.

And cleverness and wonderfulness...

All her greatness.

The ring's rather convinced her. 

Good! That is part of its purpose.

Being charming and persuasive? 

Showing the way to power.

Far more effectively than Annatar could have dreamed of. 

She'll have to start dreaming bigger. She has the tools for it now.

New places her ambitions can reach? 

Precisely.
