Pause. "I made out with Min Woo-young earlier. Seemed fine." (She's supposed to try and be responsible with her backlash.)

"Continued to seem fine throughout and after?"

"No memorable problems?" Pause. She really is trying to think this through.

"I couldn't really hide how fucked up I was from him, even when I was trying. He was worried, when we were talking. But he didn't stop kissing me. So." 

Yes well that'll happen if you go around being extremely worrying. "...and you believe, and at lower backlash also believed, that was the right call, and that this generalizes to people besides him."

She's too backlashed to notice how much this bothers her, which is for the best, really. "I believed it applied to you today." She won't clear her backlash in time to get two worms if they don't. 

"...I'm going to call that good enough but I do want confirmation once you're zeroed." He pockets his phone and rolls over to kiss her.

She's a bit mechanical in her involvement, but it's not bad guiding.

(...it's very good guiding, actually. They're really quite compatible!)

Yeah he doesn't want to get carried away here but it's nice and it gets nicer when he sticks his toe into the wall behind him for a moment to get his backlash up to pull on hers.

That does make it nicer.

And, more importantly for Cara, it also guides her faster. 

Yeah, that is the priority here, that is exactly why he decided he ought to be a slutty esper, it's only practical.

Flywheel, when she learns this fact about him and is in a mental position to appreciate it, will find it extremely endearing.

She's not there yet, obviously. She is getting a bit less mechanically involved in the makeouts, which feel really good. (Oh, right, she's supposed to go insane about having higher compatibility with Traceless than with Tia at somepoint. Is now a good time for that?)

It is not in his opinion the time for that at all.

Sure, she can do it later.

When she gets sufficiently unbacklashed she notices she needs to use the bathroom and will temporarily excuse herself for that. 

He didn't get himself above texting-people level at any point sticking his toes through the wall so he's doing that when she gets back.

Does he want to order dinner before they make out more? She thinks it makes sense to eat before she goes out to cause more worm problems.

"Yeah, that's a good idea. I'm feeling burgers, does that sound good?"

...shrug.

She can eat burgers, yeah. (She's eaten lots of burgers, lately. You could have said something!  Probably! But she didn't.)

"You good to pick off a menu or should I guess?"

She thinks. "Vegetarian and spicy?" 

"You got it." Veggie patty swapped in to the burger with chili crisp on it for her and blue cheese burger for him and fries to split.

Flywheel watches this happen while hugging him from behind. (She remembers getting chili crisps on purpose plenty of times, so probably she likes them.)

Order placed. More kissing?

Yeah, makeout time.

He is at least not complaining about it. The delivery drone beeps when their burgers appear on the windowsill.
