See it wasn't even that, she knew he was there, she had just not bothered to think about whether he might consider it worthwhile to teleport her home. (why would she be?)

She's absolutely not saying that and if she can help it she's not giving it away with her emoting, either, but she's not sure she can and that's not really fun to think about.

This is probably a strange message to send, but I didn't have many better ideas. I don't want to pry, and if you know you don't need to tell me, but it seems like she might be going through a rough spot and I was wondering how on top of it you were? A cursory search hasn't found contact information for her agent, but from your blog and communication you seem generally like a pretty upstanding guy so I thought I ought to just try asking.

She was operating sans agent. Her late partner was handling that for both of them, which I probably don't have to tell you is weird even for a healer like the partner was and is nuts for a dungeoneer. I'm sharing Paula for now though normally you don't want that for conflict of interest reasons.
