This esper is approaching the meats and cheeses as well! He catches sight of Toby, opens his mouth, and then does a double-take. 

"Uh-?" Is he staring? Yes, he's staring. What. 

He blinks, and arches an eyebrow.  "I'm not that pretty."

"You are though," he replies on auto, then: "Are you adopted?" 

"Huh?  Nah - "

Blink.

He sporfles helplessly.  "C'mon, not you of all people, man - "

Bryce is watching this with both a- and bemusement.

"Oh!" He points! "You're Peregrine!" He starts laughing, too. 

He recovers himself a little.  "Yes, okay, you got there.  Hi."

He leans over and murmurs, "So a couple years ago there was this forum thread that got linked everywhere - "

"Bryce, come say hi!"

" - we're being requisitioned," he says to Kimberly.

"I guess so!" She'll follow him over thataway.

"So Bryce," he says as they approach, "unless somebody here is very confused, this is Jamie Starr - "

"I got it."

"It's me, I'm very confused."

"Right," he restrains himself to a snicker and then coughs, "Um, my partner is Pendragon, and someone noticed a, um, certain resemblance-"

"There was a meme going around of a picture of Pendragon the Second and a picture of Peregrine where they looked, like, almost identical," he says.  "And the conspiracy theory is that you're, what, the same person...?"

"The same person, the long-lost third twin, the secret first successful esper clone," he says, waving his hand.

"Wild. I mean, you do look kinda similar, but I wouldn'ta thought you were related."

"That's what I've said since the beginning," he says, eyeing Jamie playfully.

"It's been long enough I'd all but forgotten about it," he admits, "I think it was just the way the light hit- ANYway!" 

"I'm Jamie, like he said! Teleporter and cargo transport extraordinaire!"
