She keeps pretty well to the limits Elesse sets, and even starts paying attention to the feeling in her brain, not just the position of her limbs.

Now, let's settle into a pattern of stretches and start bringing the breathing exercises into the mix.

Easy enough so far. (It doesn't get out all her jitters, though, even if it's entertaining for a while.)

Elesse increases the tempo and challenge level of the movements to try to keep Anakin engaged.

That helps a lot! Especially once they get up to pretty fast and pretty challenging; Anakin's having fun, and as she tires herself she gets better at sinking into that meditative mindset.

Good to know.

Yeah! And she can keep up exercise for a really long while. 

That stamina will be important for extended meditation sessions.

What're extended meditation sessions good for? 

Sorting out complicated feelings and deep communion with the Force.

Hmmm... She has complicated feelings tons yeah, but she normally likes just talking to people about them. They get worse and more tangled and mean if they stay in her head, but they hold still and detangle if she says them? But deep commune with the Force sounds cool.
