Lily - a teenager, though a pretty short one, probably right near Ellie and Anathema Potter-Canta's ages - heads up not long after.

"Hey!" she calls. "Heard we had visitors!"

(Her face is definitely familiar, her voice slightly less so - she has a different accent - but... Yeah. Spooky level of coincidence.)

That is incredibly bizarre.

She squints at Ellie's group. "Weird," she announces, eyeing Fay especially. Then she shrugs. "So, mom said you guys wanted a tour of the neighborhood?"

"Uh, yeah, that'd be good. Um. How- much did she tell you?"

"Alternate universe, lots of cool magic that isn't the Force, death-related powers - you can attach mom to a body and think you can give her one that's good and convenient for her, and you're going to work on resurrecting Grandmaster Elesse. You guys are part of the same Force signature patterns as mom and Ellaita - and there's a lot more coincidences and similarities across universe than we'd noticed in-universe, at least with mom's pattern. You've got a mom named Lily and this is another weird coincidence. You and Fay and your world's Anathema are dating and are doing, like, some kind of subby thing - though mom wasn't specific what and wasn't actually specific about that, I just guessed, but she knows basically nothing about sex stuff, so, not surprised there."

"Also Fay used to be a professor, you guys develop new spells sometimes, and I am going to totally pick your brains about alternate universe powers, just to warn you. If your thing isn't actually the Force, but you have recognizable non-Force-related physics, that has so many weird implications about how universes are put together... Also if you can get me to your universe I bet I could run really cool comparative physics experiments, but it sounded like transporting people other than yourselves might be an issue."

"That pretty much sums it up, yep."

"Cool."

"I can explain stuff like our currency and the HoloNet, too, since you guys are basically from a pre-contact planet."

"That'd be helpful. Not sure how long we're staying yet."

"Okay."

She says hello to Anakin and her girlfriends, then - out into the city?

It's a brave new world.

And that leaves Anakin and her girlfriends with their apartment to themselves. She settles on the couch, smiling a bit tiredly. "Privacy at last," she says, wryly.

"Certainly on the more-exciting side, as mornings after go."

She laughs a little. "We'll have some quiet ones, too, with any luck."

"Mm, I hope so."

"Morning cuddles are a major perk of bodies."

"Makes up for mornings being necessary at all."

Hee. "I'm very likely to end up spending the nights disembodied, honestly. Skip sleep entirely."

She sticks her tongue out at Anakin. "Cheater."

"Guilty as charged. Though you would too, if you could."

"Obviously."

Fond grin. "A sign of your great wisdom."

Smirk.

Anathema giggles and kisses Ellaita. 

"Ellaita gets to have all the wisdom for both of us," she teases.

"Fair."

Grin. 

"Oh, we were going to talk about certain other excellent things, weren't we? Like if seeing Fay kneeling made you all jealous..."
