Wash of love and emotional cuddles to both Anakin and Ellaita (more strongly to Anakin), and a telepathic, "Yes! Also this is actually really cozy."

Anakin giggles.

"I do still love Elesse, for one," she says. "Though it's been long enough there'd be - a lot of adjustment. And probably some very painful conversations. But... I don't actually know what relationship I want, independent of any of her desires there."

"...You're a lot older than she is, at this point. Than she will be. Was. Whatever the tense is."

Lean. "Yeah. I was - twenty three, so she was... About thirty nine when she died. It's been sixty nine years, so she's fifty three years younger than me..."

Then, mischievously: "Though I would like to point out that she'd be fourteen years older than you, and, given accelerated growth for clones..." She pokes Anathema for a birth date, "Twenty five years older than Anathema."

"Yeah, but you've always been older than us. That's different."

Snicker. "It would be an adjustment, though, that's true. I... Probably wouldn't actually like it if she tries to be my teacher again. There's things I need to learn, but... Not from an instructor."

"You didn't actually get to interact much as peers. So you should prepare to put those boundaries down, if you need to."

Serious nod. "I will, and I'll keep an eye on any backsliding on my part."

"Good." Kiss.

Kiss! For a good little bit.

"I don't know if - even with 'peers', if I'd want to date her? Not right away regardless, and I'll be fine with just friends, but... As a someday, and I think it'll be - helpful, to know if any romantic feelings are current..."

Small sigh. "Though, honestly, that's probably not something I can fully evaluate - ex nihilo. It's been seventy years. There's - a lot I don't remember, if nothing else."

"Mm. I feel... weird, about you dating someone I'm not."

There's a small wash of agreement from Anathema - not quite all the way to 'mutual dating,' but she definitely wants to be friends with any metamours.

Anakin nuzzles Ellaita. "Okay. We'll see how we all feel, I suppose, and mostly try to aim for friendship otherwise?" Pause, and then small shrug, "Assuming she still wants anything to do with me, of course."

"If she gives you any grief, we'll beat her up. That's the other thing girlfriends are for."

Very firm and very strong agreement from Anathema, there.

Anakin surprises herself by giggling. "Please remember that I'm a pacifist, darlings," she says, kissing Ellaita. "And she does have every right to leave."

"Doesn't have to make you sad about it, though."

Gentle kiss. "A little bit of sadness is okay - any parting would be sad. But I'd be angry if someone... Unnecessarily hurt either of you, too." Small smirk. "Though I wouldn't beat them up about it."

"We all cope in different ways."

She laughs and kisses her girlfriend. "How about we try to avoid that becoming relevant instead."

"That sounds like something I should have said. Very wise."

"I do have a sixty seven year advantage on you, darling. I'm bound to find a pearl of wisdom you haven't here or there."

"I suppose I'll allow it."
