Rose counts the leftovers quickly. "Eleven tiles left." She flips one and places it. "Ten, now."

"Like I said, it's an understandable reaction. Don't worry about it." Draw, place.

"Anything in the catalog you'd recommend?" Draw, place.

"Well aside from the obvious safecharm stuff, a slideables kit can be useful to manage sensation, and Aphrodia Essence is very fun to pour over cuts and needlemarks." Smile, draw, place.

"I'll, um, keep that in mind." Draw, place.

"It's been nice playing with you, you know. I'm... kind of lonely, to be honest. Without Scythe." Draw, place.

"She's that busy?" Draw, place.

"She really lets loose when we come here. So, like, it's better than being her fucktoy the whole time, but..." Draw, place.

"Yeah, that must be hard for you." Draw, place.

"Alas, the Rose Bowers aren't that kind of magic." She draws and places her last tile. "Good game, time for scoring?"

"You clearly beat me, I don't need to see by how many points." 

"Fair enough." And the tiles neatly pack themselves away.

Audrey gets up from the table, walks back to her room, crashes on her bed. 

Okay, now what. 

She... would actually really love to crash and watch a movie with someone for a couple hours. 

She calls Hannah.

Well drat. 

She could call Lily... no, that's a terrible first date, she read that somewhere. She could call Rose again, she might be bored. She could call one of the escorts. She could call Aurica, if she was really desperate. 

... She thinks she'll go with Rose again.
