“Yes. A very kind knight pulled me out of the fire, but it was too late for my dad.”

“I miss him. But he’s okay now.”

“That’s good. Where I’m from…we didn’t have evidence, really, but if someone lost a parent we’d sometimes say that they were still watching over their child.”

“He can’t see me directly, I think. But Grandma tells him what I tell her, when we talk in dreams.”

“That’s good.” Sigh. “My mom isn’t dead. But I wish she could see what was going on with me…she’s got to be really worried.”

Okay. She needs to think about how to move forwards; sitting here hugging Ember is really nice but it is not doing anything about the demon situation.

Suture said that the lowest resurrection spell was fifth circle; Terendelev mentioned a spell called Raise Dead. She opens her Shop and searches for it.

There is no entry for a potion or oil of Raise Dead. There is an entry for a scroll for it, but zero are listed as being available.

Well, that’s not ideal…

She tries searching “resurrection.”

Is she looking for: scroll of Resurrection (24,550 GC) or scroll of True Resurrection (58,100 GC)

How the fuck do you raise that much money that quickly. Well. Crimes, but that’s not very specific. Does she care that much about avoiding Doing Crimes? With the city overrun by demons? No, but that leaves her a little shaky on what crimes to do, or rather where to find appropriately valuable stealable objects.

No, this is the wrong way of looking at it. Terendelev said a Fiducia Rathimus at the Temple of Abadar would be likely to be able to help. She should at least try that first before she starts getting experimental about stealing shit.

“Oh, all the temples are back in the square.”

“…Neat, okay. Terendelev said that if I got her body I should look for Fiducia Rathimus at the temple of Abadar and he’d know she was good for a Raise Dead. So we can try that and if the demons remember I’m the one they just chased out of the square with Terendelev’s body I can reload and we can try something else.”
