"Huh. Not something you see every day. It's a beckon call, Clone Wars vintage from the looks of it. They used to be real popular. Sort of a ship's remote. Push the button and your ship comes to you. The sophisticated ones could maneuver around obstacles and even fight a little."

"What's the range on them?"

"Not far, usually. Ten, twenty kilometers."

"So the ship might be near where we found it?"

"Assuming it hasn't been junked. A ship's a lot easier for a scavenger to find than a beckon call, and from the looks of it, it would have been abandoned quite a while."

"Whole planet was pretty abandoned. But, yeah, something could've happened to the ship pretty easily..."

"Whereabouts did you finds this, anyway?"

"A bit of uninhabited swamp."

"That doesn't sound too friendly for ships on its own."

"Might be worth following up on if I get more free time, but, yeah... Chances of there still being anything to find are probably low."

"Well, good luck, buddy. I've got to get back to trying to salvage something out of this mess."

"-Oh, one last thing before you go. I've been hearing rumblings about some old Jedi Master come out of hiding on the Outer Rim. Just rumors, nothing solid. Thought you might like to know."
