"Mostly just quiet stuff! I had earplugs in your dungeon because of the jackhammers, everybody needs earplugs against jackhammers, but I was still able to hear you after you could no longer clearly hear me."

"I have been getting a surprising amount of introvert time over the course of this awakening so if you want some of my planned vacation day for powers testing guidance I can do that, though I will need to spend some of it with June too."

"Yes of course.  Unless you mean - me, specifically, if I'm still around?  In which case also probably, but like, who knows how that'll shake out.  If I still show up but only with backlash then probably I won't do dungeons, or at least not the first halves of them."

"Some people kinda marathon 'em, it depends on how constantly you wind up using your power, and if you're a stable backlash state you'd be suited to it as far as I can tell. You'd want to start with trial runs with a veteran first, of course, I did mine with Rhombus but I've been dungeoning enough I could take point on that myself. After some decompression time."

"Cool.  We'll almost certainly take you up on that if it seems like the thing to do."

"And - hm - so do you know who Rhombus is, she's cool."

"No, I was going to ask."

"She's a combat esper, she's been doing dungeons since before I was born - I'm 22, I guess I don't know if you know that - she does forcefields, she can conjure them intersecting things or use them as shields, she's possibly the most powerful combat esper in Toronto. She cares a lot about getting newbies onboarded, if I'd poked you and we weren't compatible I'd recommend her to you, but it's a lot easier to get mileage out of your powers with a partner on hand so it'd be a little silly."
