"I can't rule it out but that's also true of just capes, you know?"

Sure, she can summarize the three of them. Her old powerset had her immune to the Simurgh but she's not sure that carried across.

"Wow. Those are incredibly terrible. And not obviously beatable by anything I know about.... maybe if we could trick them into a dungeon before it vanished?"

"In general they go where they want, you can't corral them."

"If they were within an order of magnitude of human weight I could get them places..."

"Well, they aren't."

"Scion could do it, probably, but he doesn't. Scion's the most powerful cape in the world and he spends twenty four hours a day doing... random... nice things. An inordinate amount of literally rescuing kittens from trees. He usually shows up eventually to an Endbringer attack and hits them hard enough that they leave, but he doesn't finish the job."

"Does he have a reason for this?"

"Don't know, he doesn't really talk besides the time he told somebody his name."

"Well that's... frustrating."

"I think it sort of makes sense to me as a way to be... when everything else is too hard I still want to go around and do things to help people, even if figuring out how to best do that is difficult."
